H-Beam Assembly Machine: Efficient Frame Assembly
After flame cutting, this machine assembles flange/web plates into H-beams per design specs—handling 150-800mm flange widths & 160-2000mm web heights efficiently.

Straightening
After submerged arc welding, specialized equipment precisely corrects component angles and deformations, ensuring the dimensional accuracy of aircraft hangar steel components.

Purlins Support Plate Welding
This semi-automatic process specializes in welding purlin support plate components, delivering high-efficiency, neat welds and improved product quality for steel structures.

CNC Flame Cutting: Precision Meets Productivity

The CNC flame cutting system delivers high efficiency, curbs flange/web plate thermal deformation, and finishes multiple cuts on a single steel plate in one operation.
Gantry SAW - Hangar Steel Welding

This Gantry SAW system delivers high-penetration, precision welding for thick steel plates (6–20mm), supporting efficient production of large steel components in aircraft hangar structures.
Laser Cutting for Small Steel Components

Professional nesting optimizes plate layout; high-precision laser cutting ensures zero dimensional deviation, minimal thermal deformation, and integrated part-number marking for efficient aircraft hangar component production.
H-Beam Laser Processing: Z-Shaped Cut

This laser processing technique applies Z-shaped cuts to 12m H-beam raw materials, enabling continuous material joining that balances cost control, joint strength and precision—while avoiding the uneven cut ends and joint tightness issues of manual cutting.
Assembly & Inspection
This is the steel structure component assembly stage, with core processes focused on precision execution and strict quality validation.

Secondary Steel Assembly & Welding
This process assembles and welds auxiliary components (stairs, railings, bracings) to the main steel frame, adding functionality, safety and stability for complete structures.

Fully Automatic Painting
This 65-meter automated line (spraying + drying chambers) applies paint evenly to flat-laid steel sections (via top/bottom spray guns) per required film thickness, then dries components immediately—streamlining production to direct storage.

Final Loading & Dispatch
This final process follows MES labeling: secured, paint-protected components are transferred via the loading platform directly into shipping containers—completing production logistics with efficiency, safety, and zero damage to finished steel components.

Welding Robot: Automated Accurate Welding

After assembly and inspection, a 3D model program is loaded into the robot. The robot scans components against the 3D model for positioning, then performs high-efficiency, high-quality welding once alignment is confirmed.
Shot Blasting

This surface preparation step removes oil, rust and spatter from components to Sa2.5 cleanliness (per ISO 8501-1). Post-treatment grinding around drilled holes ensures fastener fit, while the roughened surface boosts paint adhesion for steel structure durability.
MES System for Component Identification

After painting, the MES generates labeled tags for each component (including specs, model, weight) with a QR code—scanning it reveals the component’s 3D model and installation position, boosting on-site assembly accuracy and efficiency.
Installation Guidance

Engineers provide remote steel structure installation guidance through detailed assembly drawings,
enabling the seamless realization of your steel construction projects (e.g., aircraft hangar structures) via our full supply process.
